Manage Absences
Supervisors can view and approve their employee's time off requests as well as see a calendar of all their employee's days off.
Please note: if you do approve or reject a request within seven (7) days, the request will escalate to your manager.
Approve a Time Off Request
When an Employee submits a Time Off Request, you will receive the following email:

STEP 1 | Click the Approve button to approve the request. If you need to review the request in Your Self-Service complete the following steps. |
STEP 2 | In Your Self-Service, log in as a Manager. |

STEP 3 | From the left-hand menu, in the My Menu section, click My Inbasket. |
The Inbasket displays.

STEP 4 | In the Work Items section, double-click the Request for Time Off. |
The Request for Time Off page displays.

STEP 5 | Click the Approve button. |

View Your Staff's Time Off Balance
STEP 1 | In Your Self-Service, log in as a Manager. |

STEP 2 | From the left-hand menu, in the Manager section, navigate to Manage Absences > Staff Absences. |

STEP 3 | Select the appropriate employee to view their vacation balance. |
View Your Absence Chart
STEP 1 | In Your Self-Service, log in as a Manager. |

STEP 2 | From the left-hand menu, in the Manager section, navigate to Manage Absences > Absence Chart. |
The Absence Chart page displays.
